FAQ’s

  • During your first visit, your therapist will ask about your health history, current concerns, and goals for the session. You'll be guided to a private room from the lobby, where you can undress to your comfort level. You’ll lie on a padded massage table or Matt under a sheet or blanket, and your therapist will only uncover the area being worked on with consent and respect.

If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session.

If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee will still apply.

A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment. Charges will only be applied in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.
